Because a car that doesn’t make noise is not being pushed, CBS’ TV Show ’60 Minutes’ decided that they needed to add some extra noise in the footage of the car. Tesla is an electric car, so its noise is really low, doesn’t matter how hard you push it, whisper low, as USA Today puts it.
